1. Manuscript Confidentiality & Intellectual Ownership

When you submit raw drafts, sample pages, or synopsis files for appraisal, you retain 100% of the copyright. We never claim ownership over any submitted file or text fragment.

Your manuscripts are never used to train automated scraping systems or AI writing generation tools. Access to your drafts is strictly restricted to assigned proofreaders and design editors working on your specific publishing files.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to provide consultation estimates, design options, and distribution setup, including:

• Your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
• Book properties (word count, binding preferences, target genre, retail pricing preferences).
• Draft uploads, cover mockups, and text materials shared via contact forms.

3. How We Use Collected Data

Collected information is used solely to:

• Appraise manuscripts and prepare editorial reports.
• Register ISBN tags and barcodes with legal distribution agencies on your behalf.
• Deliver physical print proof orders to your address.

4. Data Retention and Erasure

We retain manuscript files on secure internal storage for the duration of the project. If a consultation does not lead to a formal agreement, we automatically purge raw drafts from our storage systems within 90 days.
